• 8:00 AM – Check-In / Doors Open

• 8:30 AM – Inspections Begin

• 8:45 AM – Skills Fields Open

• 9:15 AM – Driver’s Meeting

• 9:30 AM – Qualifying Matches Begin 

• 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Lunch

• 12:30 PM - 3:15 PM -- Matches will continue

• 3:45 PM – Finals Matches 

• 4:30PM – Awards Ceremony

Skills fields will close at the end of the final qualifying match.

We’ll do our best to run as many matches as possible to ensure a great experience for all teams! Please note that the schedule may shift throughout the day, and the event may conclude earlier than expected depending on match flow.

Volunteers are vital to making events successful. We greatly appeciate anyone who is able to attend the event to help it run smoothly. Any volunteer queries can be sent to Hailee Leousis at [email protected]

If the Event Partner cancels for reasons beyond our control, we will do our best to reschedule or provide a credit toward registration for a future event.

If a Coach needs to cancel for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund.

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be given or credit towards a future competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refunds.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is Friday, January 8th at 4:00 PM CT.
