Henry County VEX IQ Middle School Tournament

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Check-In/Registration/Inspection

NOTE: All teams must be through inspection by 1:30pm. Also, please do not come into the building before 12;15pm.  We are hosting an elementary tournament earlier in the day and will not have space for additional teams/spectators until we are able to "flip" the facility from the morning tournament.

12:30pm - Fields Open for Skills Challenges

NOTE:  Each team will be able to run a maximum of 3 robot (driver) skills challenges and 3 programming challenges. 3 fields will be available for Skills Challenge attempts from 12:30pm - 1:30pm, but only 1 field will be open for skills challenges during qualification matches (2:15pm - 5:15pm). Teams should attempt to finish as many skills challenges before 1:30pm to reduce the amount of runs needed between qualification matches. The Skills Field will close at the end of qualification matches (approximately 5:00pm).

1:45pm - 2:05pm - Drivers Meeting & Welcome

2:15pm - 5:15pm - Skills Field Open

In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made based on the local school system.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: An attempt will be made to reschedule the event for a future date. Due to the way event payments are received and processed, refunds cannot be issued. Any payment made may be applied toward a future Henry County event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
