Times are subject to change based on how fast we run matches. Please refer to the schedule posted on the board and be prepared for match times to change based on how fast matches are going. Times posted at the beginning are a best guess as to when they will run.

The event is mostly indoors, with overflow being outside. Weather should not be an issue. If there's an emergency and we have to cancel, please see refund policy.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds given

Enter at the Light in front of McDonalds. NOT at the front of the school. 

You will see a parking lot to your left, this will be used for Overflow parking. Continue to the back of the school where you will find another parking lot near the football field. This is the closest parkign lot to the Cafeteria and Gym.

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
