League Dates:
- Event #1: December 14 (3:30-7:00) @North Jefferson Middle School Lunchroom
- Event #2: January 26 (3:30-7:00) @North Jefferson Middle School Lunchroom
- Event #3: February 9 (3:30-7:00) @North Jefferson Middle School Lunchroom
- Event #4: Championship February 20 (2:00pm-7:00pm) @North Jefferson Middle School Gym
- Please use the third entrance to the school to get to the parking lot. Our school day ends at 3:00 so we have students leaving during that time. Our buses leave from the front between 3 & 3:30. Because of that, we need you to use the third entrance to the school to get to the parking lot and then have your kids walk to the entrance. If you are coming from Hwy 31 and turn on Stouts road and then on to Warrior-Kimberly Road. If you come from Warrior Kimberly Road going South, it will be the first entrance across from the Doss Ferry Subdivision entrance. See the picture below for which entrance to use.
- The doors will open at 3:30 and all teams must be checked in by 4:00pm. Qualification matches are planned to start at 4:30. The event is scheduled to end at 7:00.
- We will not have judged awards at the week night events. We will have judging during the championship. Judges will speak to all teams. Bring a physical copy of your engineering notebook.
- We will be running 2-4 Skills boards depending on how many teams are there that night. with 3 driver and 3 programming attempts available each event.
- We will be running 2 alternating competition fields.
- We will complete all skills matches first and then begin qualification matches.
- For the first three events, there will be qualification rounds only for teamwork challenge. We will have qualification and finals during Event 4, our Championship.
- Concessions will be available. Information will be sent closer to the tournament with a list of concessions available. No food or drink is allowed in the staging area or the competition space.

2:15 - 2:45PM Inspection (Tables will be labelled in the gym for Inspection)
2:30pm-4:00pm-Skills (All skills will be completed during this time)
**Judges will be visiting teams in the Pit Area during skills and qualification matches
4:15pm-5:45pm-Qualification matches (We will be queuing 4 matches at a time. We will run Field 1 & 2 and then Field 3 & 4 immediately after)
6:00pm: Finals with Awards to follow

Volunteers are needed to help run event. Please contact Allison Dotson to volunteer.
Coaches, please remember that we need a coach or a parent from each team to help at the events. See the signup genius that you were sent by email.

We will follow Jefferson County district policy. If school is in session the event will take place.

If the Event Partner cancels the event, it will be rescheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be permitted.
Our county policy does not allow refunds through third party such as Global Robotics and Science Foundation.

No Judging during week night events
In Person judging at Championship event. Judges will review Engineering Notebooks as well as speak to every team. The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
