Ring in the holiday season with a day of robotics, teamwork, and creative problem-solving! Ringing in the Holly Bots IQ Competition welcomes VEX IQ teams to Louisiana State University of Alexandria to demonstrate their skills, collaborate with other teams, and celebrate their hard work.

Arrival and Check-In

Coaches should check in upon arrival and confirm their team’s attendance. Please allow enough time to unload equipment, set up your team’s pit area, and complete robot inspection before competition begins.

What to Bring

• Robot, charged batteries, and chargers

• Controller, tools, and spare parts

• Required competition documentation

• Laptops or other equipment your team uses

• Lunch or funds for meals, based on the food arrangements announced before the event

Important Reminders

All robots must pass inspection before competing. Teams should arrive prepared to participate in the current VEX IQ competition game. Coaches are responsible for supervising their students throughout the event.

Parking instructions, food options, and any additional event details will be shared with registered coaches before competition day.

Volunteers and Field Support

Schools interested in providing volunteers or a competition field should contact LSUA Continuing Education. Any available registration incentives and support arrangements must be confirmed before the event.
