Please check the agenda for the tournament. This will be an am tournament from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

8:00 am - 8:30 am Tournament Set-up
8:00 am - 9:00 am Team Set-up, Check-in, & Inspection
9:00 am - 9:15 am Event meeting
9:15 am - 11:15 am Teamwork Challenges (at least 6 matches per team)
11:30 am -11:45 Finals Matches (8 alliances)
11:45 am - 12:00 pm Awards
8:30 am - 11:15 am Skills Challenges*/Judging**
* Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills.
** Judging will include judging for the Excellence Award, Design Award, and Judges Award.
The theme for this tournament will be the Turkey Trot. The team with the best decorated pit will receive a prize.

Tournament will be rescheduled if there is a emergency /bad weather.

If the Event Partner cancels the event, Refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include no refund given.
Event payment is due on November 19, 2026. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
- Please upload your Engineering notebooks by 11/19/2026 by 8:00 pm. Notebooks uploaded after this date will not be considered for awards.
