سياسة الطوارئ/سوء الأحوال الجوية
In case of a building emergency or bad weather, we will refund registration fees. If a team has an emergency that prevents them from competing, please send information ASAP and partial refunds will be provided with appropriate documentation.
سياسات الاسترداد والدفع
If the Event Partner cancels the event refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, a partial refund will be issued based on emergency/non-emergency status. If the registration spot is released in due time, and another team is able to take the spot, then a full refund will be issued.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
