We are looking for volunteers to help our event run! Please sign-up at the link below. We ask that every team try to provide at least 1 volunteer to create a successful event.

A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Downingtown Area School District's policies. This event will have a makeup date. Makeup date is TBD. In the event that the makeup date is also cancelled, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned.

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the Downingtown Area School District (i.e.Inclement Weather, COVID-19, etc.). Refunds will be coordinated thru the billing contact for the team. For refund questions, email: [email protected]. Registration fees will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.  

Per Request:

• Teams that qualify for an Event Region Championship on or before January 31, 2027, will have two weeks to register and pay by credit card, check or purchase order
• Teams that qualify for an Event Region Championship on or after February 1, 2027, will have one week to register and pay by credit card, check or purchase order 
• If your team hasn’t paid by the registration fee due date, your team will be placed on the waitlist. 
• If there is a special situation, please inform the event partner ASAP.

We will be following current Downingtown Area School District guidelines as related to masks, social distancing, etc.

Our event will be held at the Downingtown Area School District Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center.

The Downingtown Area School District, Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center (DASD MC6GC) has plenty of parking for cars and buses.(as shown in the map below)

Look for the Vexmen Robotics Event signs to help guide your path!

For easy access to the building, we recommend that all vehicles enter through the buses only entrance for the event.  (Bus only is only enforced during the school day)

When entering the building, use the door farthest to your right on the front of the building.

Note that Marsh Creek is located behind the DASD Shamona Creek Elementary School (Blue roof building as shown in the photo below.)

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. To submit your digital notebook, ensure your team profile has been updated with a link to your notebook by 11:59PM on February 20th.
