Welcome to YISD Superintendent Cup, hosted by Hanks Robotics! We are excited to host you and your team. Please keep the following information in mind to ensure that we have a smooth and exciting tournament.
Please ensure your payment is sent by January 15th.
Digital Notebooks are to be submitted Jan. 19th at 5 pm.
Please ensure to review the Inspection Sheet with the team to ensure everything is ready to go.

سياسة الطوارئ/سوء الأحوال الجوية
For bad/weather we will follow YISD policy. If needed to cancel, we will reschedule and notify you at your earliest convenience.
سياسات الاسترداد والدفع
If the Event Partner cancels the event, we will reschedule and inform you asap.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, there will be no refunds.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
Submission of the Digital Engineering Notebook is due Tuesday, January 19th at 5 pm
