Inspection at 6:00 p.m.

Skills will run from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 6th, 2027

Doors Open at 7:30 a.m.

Inspection begins at 7:45 a.m.

Skills 8:00 - 9:45 a.m.

Driver's Meeting @ 9:45 a.m.

Qualification Matches 10:00 - 12:00 p.m.

Finals 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.

Awards - 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

We would LOVE it if at least ONE person from your team would be willing to volunteer for our event! Please have them call or email me at [email protected] or 503-849-3310.  If you have a volunteer for the entire event, we will give your team a FAST PASS for skills to use!

If for some reason, we have bad weather or an emergency, we will reschedule the tournament for another date.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We will do our best to reschedule the event for the closest date possible that both Michelin and our team is available. If we have to cancel, $250 will be given back to the team.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

NO REFUNDS will be given.

Health and Safety Policies

We will do everything to keep people both safe and healthy. If you are experiencing any form of sickness, please do not attend the tournament. Thank you!

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Engineering notebooks need to be digitally submitted by Sunday, February 28th, 2027.
