Congratulations and Welcome to the 2027 VIQRC ES Missouri State Championship.
This is a combined event with VEX IQ Elementary School and VEX V5 Middle School. It will be a grand event with plenty of robotics to see and learn from.
We will invite eligible teams after the qualifying tournament results are finanalized and uploaded. After all qualifying tournaments conclude, we will fill any empty registration positions from the Missouri State Skills Challenge Rankings.
We need all the volunteer support you can provide to help make the event a success.
As the Championship nears, coaches, please watch for additional information via email. We will post the most up-to-date information on food, reminders, etc., here on VEX Events for teams and families.
Lunch & Concessions: Lunch and Concessions information will be available soon.
Please help support the event by providing at least two adult volunteers to assist with judging, refereeing, and support.
Bringing a game field will ensure that your team gets adequate practice time.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If inclement weather occurs, the tournament will be rescheduled for exactly one week later. We will make the decision by Thursday afternoon.
Text (314) 600-2060 if you are concerned about the weather in your area or ours.
A winter weather advisory is concerning, but it doesn't automatically mean we reschedule. Winter weather warnings during travel times are very concerning and will possibly mean we reschedule.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: You will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
All In-Person Judging - Judges will assess the Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
