Please check the agenda for the tournament. This will be a pm tournament from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

* Each team will be allowed 3 skills runs for both Driver Skills and Autonomous Skills.

Engineering notebook must be uploaded by Thursday 1/7/2027 by 8 pm. Any notebook received after this deadline will not be considered for awards.

If the weather is bad, please stay home. We will re-schedule.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include no refund given.
Event payment is due on 1/7/27. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation, via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
- Engineering notebook must uploaded by 1/7/2027 by 8:00 pm any notebooks that uploaded after that time will not be considered for the awards.
