Thank you for your interest in the MUS Owls' Final Flight Tournament - HS ONLY.
This event will host separate middle school and high school events at MUS on Feb 20.
We can't run tournaments without lots of volunteers. While we will take as many volunteers as you can bring, please communicate with your teams that there is an expectation of at least 1 volunteer per registered team. Volunteers who sign up at least two weeks in advance will receive free lunches.

All team members and adults must have the Global Robotics waiver completed. Instructions are available at this link. https://events.vex.com/consent
Payment is due two weeks after a team is registered (or immediately after Jan 20, 2027) unless other arrangements are made with the EP. All teams not paid after two weeks of registration will be moved to the waitlist and may be added back in, IF there is still room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

We will contact registered teams closer to the event with more details, including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information.
Physical notebooks must be submitted for judging. Please print out digital notebooks and put them in a binder for submission.
If the tournament is full, please add your team to the waitlist!

Lunch will be provided for all volunteers who pre-register by the end of the day on Feb 6.

In the event that an emergency arises or inclement weather threatens to affect the tournament, email notifications will be sent.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by EP.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will NOT be issued.
All registrations must be paid in full two weeks after the team is registered, or immediately if after Jan 20, 2027, unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams may be moved to the Waitlist two weeks after registration and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two week, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.
Teams that have not paid registration fees for past events will be immediately moved to the waitlist until those registration fees are paid and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster.
