NextGen Robotics Association is delighted to be hosting this V5RC Override qualifying tournament at Rice Middle School.
We will have two competition fields, one Skills field, and a practice field for our tournament.
All team members attending this event are required to submit the online consent form through Robot Events
Teams must pay before the event in order to participate in the event.

This will be an all in-person judging contest.

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email. Please be sure the contact information for your team is accurate and up to date.
In the event that nature or some unforeseen circumstance cancels our event, we will try to reschedule for the next weekend. There are still no circumstances where refunds will be given.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be made less the RECF processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be made after Registration closes unless the event has been cancelled and can not be made up on the published makeup date.
Unpaid balances
Teams with unpaid balances on events.vex.com will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is EOD on Jan. 15.
