Clayton Valley Charter High School is excited to host “CVCHS Ugly Robotics Override Tournament #2.
We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field.
13 awards will be given, including the MS Excellence Award

There are currently 48 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 6 teams per organization are allowed. Make sure that you are marked as paid (or PO received) one week in advance or you may be replaced with a team from the waitlist.
Check in will be at 7:00 am, sharp. Teams must be checked in 30 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Teams must be paid by January 24. Teams not paid at this time will be moved to the waiting list.
Notebooks are due in events.vex.com on Thursday January 28, 2027

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school (if applicable) and non-school phone numbers.

Teams that have registered but have not paid by the deadline will be moved to the Waiting List. No refunds after the deadline unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List.
Teams that have not checked in 30 minutes before the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
Engineering notebooks MUST be submitted by Thursday 11:59PM, January 14, 2027.
