7:30 am Doors Open
8:00 am Inspection Begins, and skill runs can be done after inspection
9:00 am Drivers Meeting
9:30 am Event Qualifying Begins
2:00 pm Event Qualifying Ends/Skills end as soon as event qualifying ends
2:30 pm Event Alliance Selection
4:30 pm Event Ends

The event may be cancelled due to bad weather and will try to be rescheduled. Teams will be notified by their e-mail listed in robotevents at registration.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event is canceled due to bad weather or by the event partner, we will refund your money.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If you cancel within one week of the event, we will refund your money.  

Refunds may take up to 6 weeks if monies were paid through events.vex.com.

Teams arriving via a school bus should be dropped off at the front of the building.  Bus parking will be in the OMS North Parking lot, adjacent to Innovation Campus.  Teams not arriving via a school bus, as well as spectators, can park in the lot adjacent to Scherm Rd. and enter through the door marked S1.  Click on the link below for the Innovation Campus Parking Map.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission Deadline: Monday, December 7th by 8:00 am CST.
