9:30-9:45am - Team Meeting and Host Introductions

9:45am - Morning Matches Start

12:00pm - Morning Matches Conclude (Skills will close for lunch)

12:00-12:30pm - Lunch 

12:30pm - Start Afternoon Matches (Skills will reopen)

2:30pm - Afternoon Matches Conclude 

2:45pm - Alliance Selection

3:00pm - Start Eliminations

4:15pm - Tournament Finals

4:30pm - Awards and Closing Remarks

4:45pm - Clean Up

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates will be posted. We will also contact you via your registered email address for event updates.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded registration fees.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: This event is non-refundable.

Payment Deadline is November 7, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
