8:00 am- Doors Open for Volunteer Check-in / Practice Fields Open

8:30 am- Inspections Open/Door Opens

8:30 am- Drivers Meeting, Referee Meeting, Judges Meeting, Field Staff Meeting.

9:30 am- Opening Ceremonies

9:45 am- Skills fields open

9:30 - 12:00 pm- Qualifying Rounds

12:00 pm- 1:00 pm LUNCH 

1:00-2:00 pm- Qualification Rounds Continue

2:30 Alliance Selection

3:00 pm- Elimination Rounds/Finals

4:30 pm Awards Ceremony

5:00 p.m. Venue Closed

In case of a weather related emergency teams will be notified of the event cancellation or re-scheduling by noon the Friday before the event.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
