Arrival and Departure Times:
Doors open at 8:30 AM
Event concludes at 3:00 PM
Please ensure your team arrives on time and remains for the full event duration.
Parking:
Parking is available on the near the cattleyards of the School.
We recommend students with dietary requirements bring their own lunch to ensure suitable choices are available.
Cost: $50
Judging:
There will be judged awards at this event.

We have carefully planned the agenda to ensure a smooth and exciting competition. Please make sure to arrive on time and be prepared for your scheduled matches and activities throughout the day. We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.
Due to the rural nature of this event and the size of our community, certain event officials will be associated with teams. Please be respectful of all volunteers who are doing their best to provide this opportunity for our students with the volunteer base available in our community.

This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
