Please make all payments within 2 weeks of registration through events.vex.com website. If payments are not received within two weeks of registration, your team will be moved to the waitlist.

We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Keith Starost at [email protected]. We are looking for Queuing, Referees, and robot inspectors. If you have experience in design, science or engineering please consider volunteering to be a judge.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment Deadline is Janaury 23, 2027. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
