Joshua High School prides in itself in innovation and forward thinking.
You will need to enter the PIT gym around the back of the school. I will send a map of the school layout and where to enter about 2 week before the competition. There is room for bus parking in the back of the school.
Coaches please advise your teams to check in immediately upon arrival and use their assigned pit area to set up for the day.
Please bring cash for the concession stand. We will have meals as well as snacks and drinks to meet the needs of everyone.

** This is a fluid agenda Alliance Selection will begin 15 minutes after the last Qualification match followed by Finals 15 minutes after Alliance selection is completed.

In the event of and emergency or bad weather which causes the cancelation of the tournament, the tournament will be held December 7.
In the event that both tournaments are canceled, a credit will be made toward a tournament in the 25-26 or 26-27 season.
No refunds will be available

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
The event will be rescheduled or credit will be given to the next tournament or season tournament. No refunds will occur.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds are available.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
- All Notebook MUST be Submitted by 11:59pm CST 1-5-27
