In the event that there is inclement weather on the day of the event all registered teams will be notified of a cancelation via e-mail, and will attempt to reschedule the competition for January.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the case that the event cannot be run on the scheduled date we will try our best to reschedule; however, if we are not able to reschedule the event we will issue a refund to all teams registered.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refunds will be issued if a team notifies the event partner by email one month prior to the event (by 11/12/26).   

Payments

Please submit all payments no later than one week before the event, Dec. 5.  If registering after this date, contact event coordinator to arrange payment.

In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks must be submitted by Wed., 12/9 at 5:00 PM
