In the unlikely event that an emergency/weather would force the event to be cancelled, all listed team coaches will be notified by provided email and phone as early as possible.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify [email protected] as soon as possible. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least one week before the tournament date. This allows teams on the waitlist enough time to make the necessary arrangements to attend.
Teams that register but do not attend the tournament without providing proper notice will not be eligible for a refund.
