Registered teams will be notified via email attached to their registration as soon as possible in order to notify about Emergency or Bad Weather Cancellations or Delays. Registered teams will be able to make suggestions as to rescheduling dates.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Full refund will be given. Refunds will be a check sent in the mail to the address on file for the registering team regardless of payment method.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund will be given if cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to the event start. Refunds will be a check sent in the mail to the address on file for the registering team regardless of payment method.
