Welcome to the Blaze Qubits Invitational League!
We welcome you to our five fun-filled league nights hosted throughout the Override season. Be prepared to test your skills, showcase your ingenuity, and compete in the sport of robotics.
Participant Release Form
Teams will be checked prior to the event to ensure release forms have been signed. The Global Robotics and Science Foundation participant release form can be found in the Documents tab or under the My Account section on events.vex.com
Inspection
Teams, please help us speed up inspection time in the morning by checking your robot prior to the competition. The inspection checklist can be found here: https://link.vex.com/docs/26-27/v5/inspection-checklist
Notebooks
Please ensure notebooks are submitted on events.vex.com by the deadline of February 17th.

Note: The final league night of February 24th will be the only one with judging available.

It takes an army to make these events possible, and we welcome all those who are interested in volunteering. No prior experience is required to volunteer, and we will provide training in the morning. There are roles for all ages, so come out and enjoy the fun!

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, we will notify teams via email and try to reschedule.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will not be refunds for the event, regardless of circumstances. It is expected that teams utilize the VEX Events system to handle event payments before attending the event.
Payment Deadline:
Payment is to be submitted by October 29th. Any team that is added after the payment deadline will have one week to submit payment.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Digital Engineering Notebooks will be due on the Thursday before the final league night - February 17, 2027.
