IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
VEX V5 Skills Only Competition at Westminster
Registration & Cost
- Cost: $20 per team
- Team spots are limited to 30 teams maximum, so register early to secure your spot.
- Credit card payments incur a 3% convenience fee.
Competition Format
- Grade Level: Middle School and High School
- Skills Challenge: Driver and Autonomous Coding Skills
- Judging: No judging will be offered (no team interviews or notebook judging).
- Awards:
- No awards will be offered.
- Skills scores earned will be posted to the Official Vex V5 World Skills Standings.
The event will be held on the Westminster campus. Parking is available on the top level only of the parking deck.

All of our personnel, including Referees, Score Keepers, Field Set Team Members, Queuing Runners, Tournament Manager Operators, Custodial Support, and others, are volunteers. Please treat them with kindness, respect, and gratitude for donating their personal time and energy. We could not host this event without their dedication and willingness to serve.

If the Event Partner cancels the event
This includes cancellation for inclement weather or if Westminster closes campus or cancels after-school activities.
- We will make every effort to reschedule the event.
- If the event is rescheduled, teams that cannot attend the new date will receive a full refund.
- If the event cannot be rescheduled, all registered teams will receive a full refund.
- Teams will be notified by email as early as possible.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Teams that need to withdraw must notify event management by email as soon as possible.
- Withdrawals received by 11:59 PM on Thursday, November 5 will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The credit card convenience fee is non-refundable.
- After November 5, refunds will be issued only if your spot is filled by a team from the waitlist.
- Teams that do not attend without notifying event management will not receive a refund.
