This event is open to the public, so spectators are welcome!
Concessions will be available!

1:00pm - 1:30pm = Lunch
1:30pm - 4:00pm = Qualification Matches
4:10pm - 4:20pm = Alliance Selection
4:30pm - 5:30pm = Finals
6:00pm - 6:30pm = Awards Ceremony

If there is severe inclement weather or a need to cancel an attempt to reschedule will be made and teams will be notified.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Broad spectrum refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
These will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the event organizer if you have to cancel.

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Online Engineering Notebooks - Due January 29th, 2027 by 5:00pm
