In the event of severe inclement weather (such as heavy snowfall, ice, or hazardous travel conditions) or unforeseen emergency circumstances, the Event Partner and host facility reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event.

Notification Window: Any decision regarding a schedule modification, weather delay, or cancellation will be communicated to all registered primary team contacts via email by 5:00 AM EST on the morning of the event (or earlier if conditions warrant).
