7:00am Doors open for volunteers
7:30 am Check In/ Pits open / Practice fields open
7:45 am  Inspection begins
8:45 am  Drivers meeting
9:15 am  Qualification matches begin
12:00 pm Break for lunch
12:30 pm Qualification matches continue
1:15  pm   Qualification matches finish, skills fields close after last qualification match.
1:30 pm   Alliance selections
1:45 pm   Elimination matches begin
3:00 pm   Elmination matches complete
3:30 pm   Competition event closes

The tounament will be only be canceled if the school district is closed due to weather.  Check the event website to check status or call Event Partner Dan Mostyn at 708-473-5730 with questions.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: If the event cannot be rescheduled, the event partner will refund the registration fees.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds may only be issued if the coach/mentor sends an email to [email protected] four weeks before the event.
