January makes for interesting weather. We will hope for the best, but in the event of bad weather we will reach you by email, phone or text. Additionally we will post on our social media platforms and website of any changes to the schedule or tournament.
Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund for registration fees will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.

Bewertungsformat
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
