Congratulations and Welcome to the 2026 VIQRC MS Missouri State Championship.

This is a combined event with VIQRC Elementary School and VRC5 Middle and High School. It is surely going to be a grand event with lots of robotics to see and learn from. This event is hosted and sponsored by the St. Charles Community College Regional Workforce Innovation Center and organized by Gateway Science Academy, along with Kirkwood Schools and Reeds Spring Schools.

As the Championship nears, coaches, please watch for additional information via email.  All the most up-to-date information regarding food, reminders, etc., will be published here on RobotEvents for teams and families. 

Lunch & Concessions: Lunch and Concessions information will be available soon.

Please help support the event by providing at least two adult volunteers to assist with judging, queuing, and support.

Bringing a field will ensure that your team gets adequate practice time.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Hopefully, this is not an issue, if we have to postpone, we will attempt to find a facility the following week to host.  There will be no refunds unless we have to cancel the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event we will refund participants minus the $5 RECF fee if we cannot reschedule.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend there will NOT be a refund.

Registration fees are due within three weeks of regisration or by February 27, 2026, whichever comes first. Teams that fail to pay registration or submit a PO within these guidelines will be moved to the waitlist. All teams must have the registration fee paid prior to attending the State Championship.

The event will be streamed live on the GSA Robotics YouTube channel.

Bewertungsformat

In-Person Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks. Team interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be conducted in-person at the event. 

Please bring a hardcopy (printed) notebook to submit for judging at the event..

Zahlung
