Allgemeine Info
1. If your organization provides a referee we will offer one free registration. (You must contact EP directly BEFORE registering your team!)
2. Practice Fields will be for students only and will be timed for 6-8 minutes depending on how long the line is. No Practice Fields in the pits.
We are excited to welcome everyone back, and welcome, new teams, to our 5th Annual tournament. Our tournament will be held at the INTERMEDIATE School this time. There is much better cell coverage in this building!!!
We will ask teams that are traveling to preinspect. This will make checkin much smoother and quicker.
Inspection is Friday, February 20th from 4:00 - 6:00pm and Saturday, February 21st from 8:00am - 10:00am.
Skills will be available Friday, February 20th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday, February 21st from 9:00am - final qualification match.
LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL COACHES AND TEAM MEMBERS
(We do have several lakeside cabins available at a discounted rate for anyone wanting to make a mini vacation out of our event) Look in the travel section for links. BestWestern is recently remodeled and has offered a discounted rate as well.

Notfall-/Schlechtwetterrichtlinie
If the event is cancelled due to weather, we will try to reschedule. If we cannot, we will refund all but the $5 processing fee.
Weather considerations are as follows:
- Severe weather warnings during the 24 hours before the event or during the event will cancel the event
- Our administration makes the final call
If you cannot attend due to emergency or bad weather, no refunds will be given.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 processing fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds

Tournament will be webcast on Saturday (but not skills)

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- Deadline for Notebook Submission is February 13th at noon.
Event Policies
Reeds Spring supports the REC Foundation's Student Centered Policy. Our event will have closed practice fields available for students only.
- It will be monitiored by volunteers and timed for 6-8 minute rotations depending on the length of the line.
- Team members should have every opportunty to collaborate and determine what they believe is the best approach and strategy for their alliances.
- During finals, the practice fields will be prioritized by match order.
