We invite your teams to participate in the Placer Robotics VEX IQ Robotics Competitioin Level Up Open Tournament.
All events will receive state championship award bids based on the Global Robotics Qualifying Criteria. The awards slots will be allocated by Global Robotics later in the season.
Please make sure to review the refund policies and payment deadlines - any team not paid in full by payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist.

Bad weather should not affect this event.
In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible.
Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date, and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
Payment is expected at the time of registration. Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted by the event payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist.
If you are registering after the payment deadline, you must complete payment at time of registration or you will be moved to the wait list immediately.
If the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds for teams that withdraw after the payment deadline.

The event will be livestreamed on the Placer Robotics YouTube channel.
Bewertungsformat
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
Notebooks are due Jan 5, 2027 at 9pm. Notebooks submitted after the deadline may not be accepted.
