3251: Scoring Status of a Bean Bag Contacting Level 3 While Extending Beyond the Field Perimeter Plane

Per the definition of Scored, a Bean Bag is considered Scored in a Goal tier if it is solely supported by or contacting that Goal's plastic sheet (such as Level 3). <SC4>

Per <SG4> , a Game Object that completely crosses the inner vertical plane of the Field Perimeter is considered Out of Field.

Consider the scenario shown in the attached image. A Bean Bag is contacting and supported by the Level 3 Goal sheet, but a portion of the Bean Bag extends beyond the inner vertical plane of the Field Perimeter.

  Is this Bean Bag considered Scored on Level 3?

The pictured Bean Bag is still considered inside the field and is scored on the L3 Goal.
