Agenda

Buddy the Elf's Super-Duper, Candy Cane, Cotton-Headed Ninnymuggins Schedule!

7:30 AM – Doors Open!
Woohoo! It's just like Christmas morning...except instead of presents, there are ROBOTS! Come on in and spread some Christmas cheer!

8:00–9:00 AM – Check-In, Inspection & Practice
Get your team checked in, let our inspectors admire your amazing robot, practice, and squeeze in some skills runs. This is your chance to get everything ready before the fun really begins!

8:30 AM – Team Check-In Deadline
Don't be a cotton-headed ninnymuggins! Make sure your team is checked in by 8:30 so we can start the day on time.

8:45 AM – Coaches Meeting
All coaches, gather around! It's time to talk strategy, ask questions, and make sure everyone is ready for an elf-tastic day.

9:00 AM – Drivers Meeting
Hey, robot drivers! Come hear everything you need to know before you zoom onto the field. Pay attention—Buddy believes in you!

9:15 AM – Opening Ceremony
Time to kick off an incredible day! We'll welcome everyone and get ready for an awesome competition.

9:30 AM – Qualification Matches & Skills Begin
LET'S GO! Robots rolling, teams cheering, high-fives flying, and fun everywhere!

11:30 AM – Lunch Break for Judges & Skills Referees
Even elves need snack breaks! Our volunteers will recharge before helping us finish an amazing day.

12:00 PM – Team Lunch
Time to refuel! Buddy recommends candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup...but you should probably eat something with actual protein, too.

12:45 PM – Competition Resumes
Back to the action! More qualification matches, more skills runs, and more chances to show what your robot can do.

2:30 PM – Finals & Awards
The excitement reaches the North Pole! We'll wrap up with our final matches and celebrate everyone's hard work with awards. You'll definitely want to stick around for this!

3:00 PM – Cleanup & Safe Travels
Just like Christmas has to end eventually, so does our event. Pack up your robots, help clean your pit area, say goodbye to your new friends, and travel home safely. Thanks for making Parkside an elf-sized amount of FUN!

One More Thing from Buddy...

Sometimes robots get a little goofy, computers decide to act like cotton-headed ninnymuggins, or we have to make adjustments to keep everything running smoothly. Because of that, this schedule may change a little throughout the day.

No matter what happens, keep smiling, cheer for one another, and remember that the best competitions are the ones where everyone has fun together. We can't wait to spend the day with you!
