Allgemeine Info
The Ceramic City Classic - VEX IQ Robotics Competition Blended Competition will be hosted at Westgate Middle Schools gym.
We will have 2 competition, 2 skills, and 1 practice fields available.
FOOD:
- All teams that register for the event will receive a pizza at noon.
- A selection of food, drinks, etc. will be available at the concession.
MATCHES & JUDGING
- Each team will have six qualifying matches.
- The top 20 ranked teams will advance to the finals matches.
- Please familiarize yourself and your teams with the LEVEL UP official rules. The GAME MANUAL is a good place to start!
MISC. INFO
- Schools will be assigned a classroom as their pit. Please bring surge protector/power strips to make sure you have enough outlets for your team.
- Are your teams ready? Be sure to check out the Global Robotics Library for a variety of helpful team information!

7:00 am - Staff and Volunteers arrive
8:00 am - 9:30 am - Doors Open, Check-In & Inspections
9:30 am - Event Meeting
9:45 - 12:00 pm - Qualification Matches
12:00 - 12:30 pm - Lunch & Skills
12:30 - 3:00 pm - Qualification Matches
3:00 - 4:00 pm - Finals, awards, clean-up

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone, or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.

Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
If the Event Partner cancels the event: we will make every effort to reschedule. A refund for registration fees paid will be issued to each team only if we do not reschedule the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, this event will not be live-streamed.
Bewertungsformat
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
