This is a South Florida Event Region Championship Qualifying event for the 2026-2027 season.
This is a Blended Event.
The event will be held at Bob Graham Education Center. VOLUNTEERS are welcomed and needed. (contact [email protected])

Notfall-/Schlechtwetterrichtlinie
If there is an Emergency or Bad Weather the event may be postponed to another date, refunds will not be given to teams if event is changed to another date.
Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes and pays for a registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or is a No Show they will not receive a refund.
Teams who fail to submit payment by the payment deadline may be replaced by a team from the waiting list.

Bewertungsformat
All engineering notebooks will be evaluated remotely. Interviews will be conducted the day of the competition.
All digital notebooks will be due by December 1, 2026. They need to be uploaded in your VEX Events account at https://events.vex.com/account. Any digital notebooks that are emailed, will not be judged.
Physical notebooks will not be accepted at the event.
