Notfall-/Schlechtwetterrichtlinie
In the event of inclement weather, we will decide at least 24 hours prior to the event whether to reschedule or cancel the event. If timelines permit, every effort will be made to reschedule the event. Please see the following policies below:

If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund may be offered.

If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather, team registration will be credited to the rescheduled date. If a team cannot attend the rescheduled date, no refunds will be given.

If the event is in progress and must stop due to emergency, no refunds will be given.

Specific refund details will be communicated by the Event Partner.

The Event Partner and venue are not liable for any costs incurred by teams due to cancellations, including but not limited to:

Refund and Payment Policies
- If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be given to registered teams.
- If the Event Partner reschedules the event, team registration will be credited to the rescheduled date. If a team cannot attend on the rescheduled date, refunds will not be given.
- If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refunds will be given for teams if the event is held, regardless of the reason, once the event closes.
- No team swapping will be allowed two weeks prior to the event.
- If payment is not received by the last day to pay, the team will be unregistered from the event.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is scheduled ahead of the event date. Deadline - November 3, 2026 (12:00 pm Central Time)
