The event will be held on the 2nd floor of the Region 8 ESC.
Our physical address is 4845 US Highway 271 North, Pittsburg, TX 75686.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. that morning and check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m.
In order to have adequate space for participants, there will not be seating available for spectators.

In the event of an emergency or weather-related closure, Region 8 ESC will contact registered teams.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will receive refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued after that time except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
Health and Safety Policies
Information on this tab will be updated as we near the day of the event. Students and advisors should follow local school district guidelines as they relate to health and safety.
The ESC requires that all students in our building wear either a school issued name badge or a name tag that indicates name and school district.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
