Allgemeine Info
Gibbs Middle School is proud to host its seventh VEX IQ tournament. The event is open to middle and elementary school teams.
Teams must be checked in one hour prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Registered teams will receive an e-mail prior to the event with event details including parking and lunch information.

Please keep in mind that many factors go into play to keep an event running smoothly and on-time. Please make sure that your teams are aware of the agenda for the day and are keeping up with their alliance match times.

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email [email protected] to sign up. Volunteers will receive any necessary training and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- Emails will be sent out with reimbursement information.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Teams that withdraw from registration more than 15 days from the event will be given a refund. Teams that withdraw less than 15 days prior to the event will not be given a refund.
- Fees must be paid at least seven days prior to the event. If you are bringing a check day of please contact Lauren Downs at [email protected].
- Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.

Bewertungsformat
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Digital Notebooks will need to be printed for this event
