Notfall-/Schlechtwetterrichtlinie

This event makeup date is Monday Jan 18th. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Tredyffrin-Easton School District's policies.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned.

Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All teams will be refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams will not be refunded unless they cancel before Jan 8th.

Bewertungsformat

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.

Notebooks submission deadline is 11:59pm on Thursday January 7th, 2027

This event will feature an Open Judging format in the small gym from 9am to 1pm. Teams can approach any available judges for an interview. Teams should budget their time according to their schedule. Judging is open through lunch.
