Welcome to Collier County Public School's V5RC Override Tournament, hosted by Immokalee High School.
- Check-In begins when doors open at 7:45 and will close promptly at 8:45. Teams that are running late must contact the event partner.
- Lunch will be provided and additional snacks and beverages will be available for purchase through a concessions stand.
- A digital consent form for all participants must be completed on events.vex.com prior to arrival. Notebooks will be evaluated prior to the tournament. Make sure all links are up-to-date by 9:00 AM on Monday February 15th. No late notebook submissions or updates will be accepted.

Volunteers are the core of any successful robotics tournament! We are looking for volunteers to help as scoring referees, judges, and other additional roles. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Fred Rimmler or Tim Rayburn.
Notfall-/Schlechtwetterrichtlinie
The event may be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather emergencies (Tropical Storm, Hurricane, Flooding). Teams will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed or cancelled. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Rückerstattungs- und Zahlungsrichtlinien
Refunds will only be issued in the case of an event cancellation (Minus the administative fee).
Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend.
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Make sure you are familiar with the Priority Registration policy before registering, as well as the policy for team switching.
Payment deadline is February 10th, 2027. If you are not paid by this deadline, your team may be replaced with one from the waiting list.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Notebooks will be evaluated starting at 9:00 AM on Monday February 15th, 2027. No late notebook submissions will be accepted.
