7:45 AM - 8:50 AM Inspection and skills challenge (once through inspection)
9:00 AM - 9:10 AM Opening Ceremonies
9:10 AM - 9:20 AM Drivers meeting
9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Qualifying matches/ Skills Open
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Skills open
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM Qualifying matches

This event will be held entirely inside. Should we have to cancel, all teams will be notified by email and phone ( to the team's primary contact). Please also note that NO REFUNDS will be issued should we need to cancel.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There is no exception if the event is canceled- no refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given.
If a team has not paid by the deadline, they will be moved to the waitlist.
