This event will have all Remote Engineering Notebooks. Teams must upload their enigneering notebook link to their VEX Events account one week prior to the event. Late uploads and day of the event submissions will not be accepted. The Team Interviews will be in-person on the day of the event.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 non-refundable VEX Events fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: this will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include no refund given.
Event payment is due on January 22, 2027. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.
Health and Safety Policies
A Message from REC Foundation: All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event hosts should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary, and to communicate as necessary with any registered attendees at said event.
Formato de evaluación
Digitial Engineering Notebook Submission/ In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submissions are due on Monday, January 25, 2026 by 9:00 pm.
