The New Year at the Valley VEX IQ Tournament is open to Elementary and Middle School VEX IQ teams. The event is a State Qualifying event. A large pizza per team is included in the price, there will also be concessions available. Our hospitality room is over the top.

The event will be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in events.vex.com during registration.
Políticas de reembolso y pago
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Teams will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Teams will receive a full refund if done before December 21st.
Formato de evaluación
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Links must be ready by 01/07/26.
