Get your VEX IQ teams in the Holiday Spirit with the 3rd Annual Musketeer Robotics Blended Holiday Qualifier!
There will be no judging except for an Ugly Sweater Contest which will be judged by our VEX V5 teams. Students, coaches, and mentors are welcome to participate!
East Washington School Corporation is in Southern Indiana and about 45 minutes from the Louisville, Kentucky area. There hasn't been many local events near our school, so we are excited to host our own for our teams and for teams in our area.
This event will take place in our middle school gym. Pits will be set up in our new cafeteria which is right next to the middle school gym.
Concessions will be available for this event.

8:45 – 9:00 AM – Drivers Meeting, Announcements, and National Anthem
9:00 – 12:00- Qualification Matches Begin
(Skills open from 9:00-11:30. Skills will close for a lunch break from 11:30-12:00)
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break (Please visit our concessions.)
Skills open during lunch and until qualification rounds are over.
12:30 – 3:30 PM – Qualification Rounds
3:45 – Ugly Sweater Winner Announced
Finals Matches begin
Announce Teamwork Championship Winners and Excellence Winners when finals matches conclude

With this event being in December and living in Indiana, we all know anything can happen. We will plan to reschedule at a later date if we have to cancel due to inclement weather.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather or unforseen circumstance, registration fees will be returned minus $5.00 for administrative fees and postage.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
This event is nonrefundable.
Payment Deadline is November 21st, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
