League Agenda - Wednesday Sessions (Nov 18, Dec 9, Jan 13)

Wednesday League Sessions will take place at HICKS CANYON Elementary. 

Arrival/ Check in & Inspection 1:45-2:30

Matches 2:30pm - 4:30pm (3 Matches per session) 

Clean Up / Pick Up - 4:30-5:00pm

*You will be able to run skills at each league session 

League Finals Agenda - Saturday (Jan 23)

Arrival/ Check in & Inspection 7:30-8:30 

Judging Interviews: 8:00-10:00

Matches 9:00-11:00

League Finals & Awards - 11:30-12:30pm

Clean Up / Pick Up - 12:30-1:00 pm

Only in extreme circumstances will this event be canceled due to weather or Covid-19 safety precautions issued by the Tustin Unified School District. In this circumstance, refunds will be made available minus any potential costs charged by Events.VEX.com

Payment for this event must be completed by 11/13 1at 5:00PM. Your team(s) will be dropped without payment. 

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be made available up to two weeks prior to the event (11/13/2026). Refunds will not be given if the coach/mentor chooses to withdraw within the two week window. 

Formato de evaluación

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submission Deadline: Friday, Jan 15 by 5:00PM 

Directions: 

• On "My Account" you will see "Registered Teams" on the Home Page

• Each team has an editable Digital Engineering Notebook Link 

• Complete each prompt for each team on the Digital Engineering Notebook Link

  • For each event the team is registered for this season, the Event Partner and Judge Advisor will have access to the team's Digital Engineering Notebook link. Ensure the link is "open" and does not require a password or access rights.

  • The Digital Engineering Notebook must be accessible as a single link. That is, the entire notebook should be accessible by a single click on the single link provided. Multiple links for "volumes" of a single notebook are not acceptable.

  • Please complete the Innovate Award Section for each team, this event WILL have the Innovate Award.
