We welcome you to our five fun-filled league nights hosted throughout the Level Up season. Be prepared to test your skills, showcase your ingenuity, and compete in the sport of robotics.

Note: The final league night of February 11th will be the only one with judging available. Judging will be available while qualification matches are going.
Voluntario
It takes an army to make these events possible, and we welcome all those who are interested in volunteering. No prior experience is required to volunteer, and we will provide training in the morning. There are roles for all ages, so come out and enjoy the fun!

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, we will notify teams via email and try to reschedule.
Políticas de reembolso y pago
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will not be refunds for the event, regardless of circumstances. It is expected that teams utilize the VEX Events system to handle event payments before attending the event.
Payment Deadline:
Payment is to be submitted by October 29th. Any team that is added after the payment deadline will have one week to submit payment.

Formato de evaluación
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Digital Engineering Notebooks will be due prior to the final League Night - Feb 7th.
