9:00am - 12:00pm:  Skills Challenge (Please complete skills at your earliest convenience)

9:00am - 12:00pm:  Judging/Interviews

10:00pm - 1:00pm:  Qualification Matches

1:00pm - 1:30pm:  Final Alliance Matches

1:30pm:  Awards and Closing Ceremony

Get Inspired and Have Fun! Join the excitement by volunteering with a team that helps make this event successful for the students involved.

Volunteer Signup:

The volunteer signup for this tournament will be made available as we get closer to the tournament.  

Experience level: No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity (for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children).

Time Commitment: For most positions, you can register for an entire day or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits.

For weather-related cancellations, we will monitor weather conditions and decide by 5 p.m. the night before the event.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com, where we will post updates about the event status as needed. If any questions arise, please get in touch with Ashley Miller at 402-301-8525 on the event day.

Políticas de reembolso y pago

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued if we need to cancel due to weather or if the host site needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.  

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refunds will be available until one week before the Tournament. After that, refunds based on special circumstances may be made at the discretion of the event partner.   

We ask that participants contact Ashley Miller for refund requests.  Refunds can take up to 2 months to process following the event.

Formato de evaluación

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
