Welcome to East End's VEXpert YellowJacket Games! We are excited about hosting this event and can't wait to see all the robots from across Arkansas!
The tournament will be held at East End Middle School inside the Gym/Cafeteria. There will be NO fields for practice provided so bringing additional fields for team practice is encouraged. A designated area to set up those fields will be used. They may NOT be setup directly beside your pit area. Tournament fields will be raised approximately 22 inches off the ground.
Concession with a limited selection of drinks and snacks. Details will be provided at a future date closer to the event.

In case of emergency or bad weather, the event will be postponed to a later date. Registration will transfer to a later event, refunds will occur only if the event is canceled.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if the event is not rescheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be issued if the team withdraws or does not attend.
Formato de evaluación
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
